Ben Dobson

Ben Dobson is currently the Head of Finance at Joby Aviation. Ben has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to their current position, they served as the CFO for North America & LATAM at dunnhumby from June 2010 to June 2021. Ben was also the Business Manager at the Catholic Bishops' Conference of PNG & SI from October 2002 to October 2004, where they were responsible for all financial and administrative functions of the organisation. In their previous positions at Ford Motor Company, they served as the Finance Business Partner for Purchasing from November 2004 to March 2010 and as the Subject Matter Expert for Vehicle Systems Renewal from January 1998 to October 2002.

Ben Dobson has a Bachelor of Business from Monash University in Banking & Finance. Ben also has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from RMIT University. Lastly, they have a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Management from RMIT University.
