Saravanakumar S.

SaravanaKumar S. started their work experience in 1999 as a Project Trainee at National Aerospace Laboratories, where they focused on designing and fabricating miniature propellers for Micro Air Vehicles. SaravanaKumar then worked at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited as an Engineer, where they transitioned manufacturing processes to vendors and provided methods engineering and tool planning.

In 2003, SaravanaKumar joined Honeywell as a Senior Engineer in Technical Publications, where they managed the flow process for technical publications compliant with industry standards. SaravanaKumar also worked as a Project Lead in various roles, such as Process Domain and Configuration Management, where they led teams in process redesign, standardization, and CM policy development.

At Honeywell, SaravanaKumar also served as a Project Lead in Repair Development, managing avionics aftermarket repair processes. SaravanaKumar later took on the role of a Project Lead in Business Integration, where they successfully developed and maintained multiple BI systems.

Currently, SaravanaKumar works at Joby Aviation as a Staff System Development Assurance Engineer, responsible for performing requirements management and demonstrating compliance towards Type Certificate for EVTOL Aircraft.

Throughout their work experience, SaravanaKumar has shown proficiency in compliance management, system development, project management, and leadership.

SaravanaKumar S. holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical System Design from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which was awarded between the years 2005 and 2008. SaravanaKumar also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology between 1996 and 2000. Prior to that, they completed their PUC (Pre-University Course) in PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology) from Christ University, Bangalore, from 1994 to 1996. SaravanaKumar S. started their educational journey at Indiranagar High School, where they obtained their SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) between 1990 and 1994. Later, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, specializing in Global Business Management, and completed the one-year Executive Program for Global Business Management (EPGBM) in 2012.
