Vaibhav Kumar (Billy)

Vaibhav "Billy" Kumar has a strong background in aviation and aerospace engineering. Vaibhav "Billy" started their career in 2015 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they worked on projects related to active control and instability in vortex-surface interactions. In 2016, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at the same institution, leading research projects on active noise control using varying perforate aircraft liners.

In 2018, Kumar founded AirLogs, a software solution for aircraft maintenance logbook research, which received seed funding and support from Create-X @ GT. Vaibhav "Billy" also worked as a Program Manager at Delta Air Lines during the same year.
