Valeria Ruiz Soto has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Valeria started their career in 2016 as a Dibujante de AutoCAD at the Ministerio de Educación Pública de Costa Rica. In 2021, they worked at Grupo Clima as a Practicante universitaria from January to April, and later as a Presupuestista from April to October. Valeria then joined Johnson Controls as a Design Engineer from October 2021 to May 2023. In 2023, Valeria has also worked as a Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) Analyst at Avionyx and Joby Aviation.
Valeria Ruiz Soto completed their high school education from 2013 to 2016 at Colegio Tecnico Profesional de Heredia, where they obtained a Técnico Medio degree in Tecnología/Técnico de diseño y dibujo asistidos por ordenador.
Valeria then pursued their higher education at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2017 to 2022, earning a Bachillerato degree in Ingeniería mecánica.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Valeria obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In November 2022, they completed the Internal Auditor ISO 9001 certification from INTECO - Instituto de Normas Técnicas de Costa Rica. Furthermore, in October 2022, Valeria obtained certifications in the following areas: Communicating with Diplomacy and Tact, How to Create a Career You Love, How to Develop your Career Plan, and Managing Your Emotions at Work, all from LinkedIn.
