Tyler Montrone

Tyler Montrone has a broad range of work experience, beginning with a Personal Trainer role at Blast Fitness in 2012. Tyler then joined Standard & Poor's in 2010 as a Municipal Bond Analyst, followed by an Associate role at Daley And Associates, LLC in 2014. In 2015, they became a Lead Recruiting & Talent Consultant at FoundHuman. Tyler then joined American Well in 2018 as a Technical Recruiter, and was promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager in the same year. Most recently, Tyler joined HaulHub Technologies in 2020 as the Director of Recruiting and was responsible for leading all recruiting and hiring, as well as talent management. In 2022, Tyler was appointed as the Head of Talent at Jock MKT.

Tyler Montrone obtained a B.S.B.A in Business from Western New England University. Tyler also obtained an Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot in May 2016.
