Joanna Miranda Rivasplata has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in compensation and talent management, with a career spanning over a decade. Since April 2015, Joanna has held multiple roles at Jockey Plaza, including Sub Gerente de Gestión Humana, Jefe de Talento y Compensaciones, and Coordinadora de Talento y Compensaciones. Prior experience includes positions at Telefónica Perú, PwC, Citi, and Banco Interamericano de Finanzas - BIF, focusing primarily on compensation analysis and talent selection. Joanna holds a Licenciatura in Administración de Empresas from Universidad de Lima, an MBA from CENTRUM PUCP, a Master's in Innovation and Sustainability from EADA Business School, and has completed an executive education program at IE Business School.
