Phil Anderson

Phil Anderson is a seasoned Program/Sr Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in business and technical project management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at JoCo since December 2019, Phil has also contributed significantly to Information Technology - Project Management as a Sr Project Manager/Program Manager since March 1990. Phil's expertise encompasses the delivery of global operations centers and critical applications for both defense and commercial sectors, along with strategic planning for businesses and support for non-profit organizations in achieving their objectives. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the New York Institute of Technology.
