Sam Simon

Sam Simon, PharmD, currently serves as a Clinical Programs Pharmacist and Clinical Home Infusion Pharmacist at onehome since December 2021 and as a Clinical Pharmacist at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital since August 2022. Prior experience includes a Pharmacist Intern role at UF Health, and a Graduate Student Researcher position at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, where a PheWAS analysis was conducted. Sam Simon also gained experience as a Pharmacy Intern and Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Department of Entomology and Nematology at the University of Florida, where work involved mosquito dissections and DNA extraction. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Biology Pre-Professional from the University of Florida.
