Rachid Laaraj

Rachid Laaraj is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and entrepreneurship. Currently, Rachid serves as the Directeur Général at Sunstream Irrigation Africa & France, leading initiatives focused on developing irrigation solutions across Africa to enhance food security and conserve water resources. As the founder of Syneval, Rachid has established a pioneering brokerage firm in property management. Additionally, Rachid co-founded Act By Art, a social enterprise dedicated to supporting refugee artists through the marketing of their work and organizing artistic events. Prior to these roles, Rachid held a senior project manager position at Alerstam, specializing in irrigation projects in France, Africa, and Turkey, and also worked as an associate at Houlihan Lokey. Rachid’s education includes master's degrees in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from Dauphine and Management from Sorbonne, along with an Executive MBA in Strategy and Economic Intelligence from Ecole de Guerre Economique.
