Gerard 'T Hart

Gerard 't Hart is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in procurement and real estate. Currently serving as Senior bedrijfsjurist at Mourik since November 2023, Gerard previously held various senior legal roles at Boskalis Nederland from April 2017 to October 2023, including Senior Legal Counsel and Head Of Legal. Prior to Boskalis, Gerard was a Partner at HabrakenRutten and practiced as a lawyer at Houthoff Buruma, CMS Derks Star Busmann, and Stibbe. Gerard holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Dutch Law from Leiden University and a Bachelor's degree in Dutch Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, alongside a background in classical guitar from Koninklijk Conservatorium - Royal Conservatoire.
