Jora Taselaar

Jora Taselaar is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and media regulations. Currently serving as Secretaris van de Raad van Bestuur and Senior Legal Counsel at Mourik since October 2018, Jora has handled various legal dossiers and provided advice in areas such as media law, advertising law, consumer law, contract law, privacy law, and corporate law across multiple jurisdictions. Prior legal roles include working as a Bedrijfsjurist independently, and as Legal Counsel at FOX International Channels Benelux where Jora focused on compliance training and regulatory updates. Additional experience includes positions at SPOT, Stichting Lobas, Certa Legal, RTL Nederland, TMF Group, and ScheerSanders advocaten, culminating in a strong legal foundation supported by a Master’s degree in Privaatrecht and a Bachelor's degree in Rechtsgeleerdheid from the University of Amsterdam.
