Russell Delffs has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Russell has held various leadership roles in companies such as John Adams Mortgage, Home Point Financial Corporation, MB Financial Bank, CrossCountry Mortgage, Wells Fargo, CITI MORTGAGE, and Government Mortgage Investors, Inc. Their most recent position was as the Chief Credit Officer/Operations Manager at John Adams Mortgage. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director - Wholesale Operations and Managing Director - Operations Support at Home Point Financial Corporation. Throughout their career, Russell has demonstrated expertise in underwriting, compliance management, and government lending. Russell is highly accomplished and knowledgeable in the mortgage industry.

Russell Delffs attended the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 1990 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a degree in Economics and focused on the field of study in Economics/Business.
