Don Walker

Don Walker has extensive work experience in the real estate consulting and home building industries. Don served as the Managing Principal and CFO at John Burns Real Estate Consulting since 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Corky McMillin Companies for 12 years, where they held various roles including 1st Senior Vice President and General Manager, overseeing the company's home building operations. Before joining Corky McMillin Companies, Don worked at KPMG Peat Marwick's Real Estate Consulting Group as a Manager, managing market feasibility and valuation projects for residential and commercial land uses. Don'sexperience spans across diverse areas such as single-family developments, apartments, retail, office, industrial, and golf courses.

Don Walker attended San Diego State University from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate/Finance.
