Grace Sorongon

Grace Sorongon has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Grace began their career in 1977 as a Personnel Manager at both Marinduque Mining & Industrial Corporation and Inter-Asia Services Corporation. In 1987, they joined John Clements Executive Search as a Vice President, a role they held until 2003. In the same year, they became the Vice President of John Clements Consultants, Inc. and eventually rose to the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director in 2002. In 2013, they served as the President of the People Management Association of the Philippines for a year.

Grace Sorongon completed their high school education at Cabarrus Catholic College from 1969 to 1972. Grace then attended the University of the Philippines from 1974 to 1977, where they studied Psychology. Grace continued their education at the Ateneo de Manila University from 1977 to 1981, earning a Master of Science degree in Psychology. In 2014, they completed a certificate program in the ASEAN Management Development Program at HBSACM. Grace also holds an additional certification in the ZF Extraordinary Leadership Course and Senior Management Program from HBSACM, although specific information about the obtained month and year is not provided.
