Lesther Calimon

Lesther Calimon has been working at John Clements Consultants, Inc. since June 2012. Lesther started as a Sourcing Associate and later became a Recruitment Consultant from January 2013 to December 2015. From January 2016 to April 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead, RPO. Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment Operations Lead, RPO starting from May 2019. Lesther also had an internship as an HR Recruitment Associate at Accenture from February 2012 to April 2012.

Lesther Calimon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bulacan State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
