Emily Knott

Emily Knott is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at John Deere since October 2010, Emily manages employment-related charges and litigation, advises on employment and benefits issues, and collaborates on drafting employment policies. Prior to this role, Emily held positions as Senior Attorney at Bryce Downey & Lenkov, LLC from 2007 to 2010, and as an Associate at both Stein, Ray & Harris LLP (2005 to 2007) and Michael Best & Friedrich LLP (2002 to 2005). Emily earned a Master of Laws in Litigation Management from Baylor University School of Law and a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Anthropology from Davidson College.
