Ann Stillingfleet

Ann Stillingfleet is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at The Illuminated Mind since October 2017, providing compassionate counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and adolescents facing various challenges, including relationship distress and mental health issues, using a holistic approach that integrates art and body-mind awareness. In addition, Ann has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at John F. Kennedy University since March 2004, teaching courses in Somatic Psychology and Humanistic Psychology. Previous experience includes roles at Adolescent Counseling Services, where individual and group therapy was provided for adolescents with substance use issues, and Hospice Santa Cruz, offering bereavement support and facilitating grief-support groups. Ann holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, earned between 2003 and 2006, and has a background in arts administration as a Registrar at the Triton Museum of Art.
