Jon Lee

Jon Lee is an experienced manufacturing and production professional with a robust background in the aerospace and electronics industries. Currently, Jon serves as a Shift Manager at John Guest Ltd. since May 2017 and has held the position of Production Manager at John Dennis Coachbuilders Limited since November 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Manufacturing Manager at Ultra Electronics - CONTROLS, where Jon led a team to generate significant sales in compliance with aviation standards, and at Meggitt Avionics, among others. Jon's career began at Racal Radar Defence Systems, progressing through various engineering and management roles. Education includes an ONC, HNC, and HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brooklands Technical College. Jon possesses expertise in lean manufacturing, project management, and manufacturing analysis, demonstrating an ability to overcome challenges and implement effective solutions.
