Rachael Potter

Rachael Potter is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior People Advisor at John Holland since January 2019, Rachael has progressed through various HR positions within the organization. Previously, Rachael was employed as a Human Resources Coordinator at CHEP Australia from October 2017 to January 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating reward and recognition activities, facilitating new employee orientation, and managing recruitment processes. Rachael's career began with a three-month internship at 923|Recruitment & HR, focusing on recruitment and HRIS system development. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Wollongong, completed in 2017.
