Geeth Samaranayake

Geeth Samaranayake is currently serving as Senior Assistant Vice President - Engineering, Consumer Foods at John Keells Holdings PLC since February 2023. Prior to this role, Geeth held the position of Head of Engineering at Ansell from January 2017 to February 2023, overseeing engineering functions for the manufacturing plant, including leading capital projects and capacity expansions. From April 2010 to December 2016, Geeth worked as Manager - Engineering & Projects at Fonterra, responsible for the engineering functions for both powder and liquid plants and maintaining utility plants. Geeth's educational background includes a B.Sc in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, a CIMA Passed Finalist certification, a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and a Master of Energy Management from the Open University of Sri Lanka.
