Theresa Herman

Theresa Herman has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Theresa worked as the Director of Information Technology at John Knox Village, where they were responsible for managing the IT department and its associates. Their roles included overseeing the help desk, collaborating with other executives, evaluating business processes, providing technical support, and ensuring timely responses to residents' needs. Prior to this, they were an Information Systems Manager at John Knox Village, where they focused on managing electronic medical record database systems. Theresa also worked as a Computer Specialist for Butler Manufacturing, where they provided systems support, database management, programming, and training services. Theresa also served as a Seasonal Research Analyst Assistant at Metropolitan Community Colleges, where their responsibilities included writing queries and reports for the Institutional Research department. Additionally, Theresa worked as a contractor at Desktop Dynamics.

Theresa Herman pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Avila University. Theresa attended this institution from 1985 to 1995. Later, Theresa pursued further education at the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2010 and 2011, where they completed a Master's degree in Information Systems Management.
