Erin J. Varriano

Erin J. Varriano joined John L. Scott Real Estate in September 2022 as the company’s new General Counsel. Erin’s 13 years of experience includes a variety of roles both at law firms and as in-house counsel, heading up tactical and strategic legal support in the real estate, construction and biochemical industries.

As General Counsel, Erin works closely with members of the executive team on high-level legal decisions and will also support the network of John L. Scott company-owned offices. In addition to supporting John L. Scott’s legal needs, Erin will educate broker associates about today’s legal landscape in the real estate industry.

Erin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Seattle University School of Law. In her spare time, Erin serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Tavon Learning Center, empowering young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
