Jo Rackham

Jo Rackham is an experienced professional in the field of reward and policy management, currently serving as Partner and Director of Reward & Policy at John Lewis Partnership since April 2022. Previously, Jo held the position of Head of Reward at Sky from April 2016 to April 2022, and Global Head of Reward at Costa Coffee from December 2013 to April 2016. Jo’s extensive career includes various senior HR roles at Whitbread Group, spanning from October 2005 to December 2013, and HR positions at Premier Inn, Whitbread Restaurants Division, TGI Fridays, Beefeater Restaurants, and London Luton Airport. Jo holds a Post-graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business, Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, earned between 2015 and 2016.
