Raivis Prenka

Raivis Prenka has extensive experience in the construction and hospitality industries, currently serving as a VDC Systems Controller, Senior BIM Coordinator, and BIM Engineer at John Paul Construction since October 2016. Prior to this role, Raivis worked at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. as a Host and held cashier positions at Centra Arklow and KFC Arklow, gaining valuable customer service skills. Raivis began a career in logistics and maintenance at Dolphin Distributors Limited and as a Motorbike Mechanic Assistant at Vigors MX. Educational achievements include a Level 9 degree in Building Information Modelling & Management and a Level 8 degree in Architectural Technology/Technician, both from Technological University Dublin, along with completion of secondary education at Arklow Community College.
