Jill Albers

Jill Albers is a seasoned journalist and educator with extensive experience in broadcasting and instruction. Currently serving as an Anchor/Reporter at The Big 550 KTRS since September 2014, Jill previously held positions as an Anchor/Writer for Custom News and as an Airborne Traffic Reporter for Clear Channel Communications. With a strong foundation in news management as the News Bureau Chief/Anchor at Metro Networks, Jill has also contributed to WFUN Radio as a Morning Show Host/Production Director. In addition to broadcasting, Jill has instructed acting, voice and diction, runway, and photo movement classes at John Robert Powers since July 2001. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Theater/Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has furthered education at Lindenwood University.
