Pamela Council is an accomplished artist and educator currently serving as a Part-Time Lecturer at Parsons School of Design and a Guggenheim Fellow with the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation. With a robust background in visual arts, Pamela holds dual Master of Fine Arts degrees from Columbia University and has held roles as a Visiting Critic at Columbia University School of the Arts and Assistant Professor of Visual Art at Brooklyn College. Pamela's extensive experience includes various artist-in-residence positions across prominent institutions, such as MacDowell and the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts. Educational achievements feature a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College and a high school diploma with a Science Writing Award from Stuyvesant High School.
