David Frazer

David Frazer is an experienced supply chain professional, currently serving as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst and previously as Supply Chain Manager at John Sisk & Son Ltd since June 2018. Prior roles include Supply Chain Manager at ISG from July 2016 to December 2017, MEP Buyer at Balfour Beatty plc from October 2014 to July 2016, and Lead Buyer at Spence Ltd from October 2011 to October 2014. Earlier in their career, David held the position of Assistant Contracts Manager at WMS Underfloor Heating® and Sales Administrator at Davies - Drainage Systems. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from the Institute of Technology, Sligo, as well as multiple qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, and a Master's degree in International Politics from Queen's University Belfast, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from University College Dublin.
