Philip Cooke is a highly experienced engineering manager specializing in rail and civil engineering projects. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at John Sisk & Son Ltd since July 2023, Philip focuses on delivering value for Sisk Rail while adhering to Network Rail's minimal viable product standards. Previously, Philip held roles such as Engineering Manager at AmcoGiffen, managing various Network Rail schemes, and Engineering Manager at HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Ltd, where involvement included the Hinkley Point Nuclear New Build project. With extensive experience that began as Assistant Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Philip holds a Master of Science in Bridge Engineering from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of England.
