Lamia Alzayer has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lamia started their career at Saudi Aramco in 2009 as a Clinical Educator and later took on the role of Inpatient Service Leader. In 2015, they joined Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) as a Clinical Educator Planner, responsible for training and development. Lamia then became the Revenue Cycle Management Lead before assuming their current position as the Senior Director of Specialized Therapy & Clinical Services. Lamia's expertise and career progression demonstrate their dedication and capability in the field of healthcare.

Lamia Alzayer obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Physical Therapy/Therapist from King Saud University between 1995 and 2000. Lamia then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Physical Therapy/Therapist at MGH Institute of Health Professions from 2007 to 2009. In 2010-2011, they attended the University of Toronto and completed a certificate in clinical teaching for medical education.
