Zakariya Aldobayan has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Zakariya started their career in 1998 at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) as a Senior Supervisor. Over the years, they held various roles at JHAH, including Director of Inpatient Pharmacy Services and Project Manager for Pharmaceutical Charge Capture. In 2011, they joined Saudi Aramco Medical Services Organization as a Senior Supervisor. Zakariya also worked at Saudi Aramco Oil Company as a Supervisor in the Pharmacy department. In 2014, they briefly served as the Chief Pharmacist at JHAH. Most recently, they have taken up the position of Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services at JHAH.
Zakariya Aldobayan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from King Saud University, Riyadh, during the period of 1987 to 1992. Later, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration and Management for executives from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Performance Management, Interviewing Techniques, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, and Virtual Interviewing for HR from LinkedIn.
