Elizabeth Edsall Kromm

Elizabeth Edsall Kromm, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Population Health and Advancement at Howard County General Hospital and has held the position of Senior Director of Population Health and Community Relations since 2015. Kromm is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where involvement began in 2004. Prior experience includes roles as Policy Director for Howard County Government, Senior Officer at The Pew Charitable Trusts, Senior Advisor at Howard County Health Department, and various positions at the American Cancer Society and Johns Hopkins. Kromm's academic credentials include a PhD in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins, a Master’s in International Health Policy from the London School of Economics, and a BA in History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
