Emily M. Shreve

Emily M. Shreve, MS, is a seasoned professional in event management and communications, currently serving as the Director of Events and Communications at Howard County General Hospital since September 2013. Shreve has extensive experience in overseeing fundraising events, communication strategies, and operations for nonprofit organizations, particularly those that support healthcare initiatives. Previous roles include Special Events Development Manager and Special Events Associate at Howard Hospital Foundation, Special Events and Community Outreach Manager at Capital Caring, and Associate Director of Special Events at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Shreve holds a Master of Science in Marketing and International Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality & Tourism Marketing from James Madison University.
