Rod Boswell

Rod Boswell, PHR has over 30 years of experience in human resources and information technology roles. Rod has served as a Director of Human Resources for various companies, including JohnsByrne, HPH Inc., Kenny Construction Company, Veridian Health, and SEI Information Technology. In these positions, Rod strategically led HR functions, managed staff, and reported to senior executives. Rod also has experience as a Director of Information Technology at Waste Management, where they supervised software developers and managed the development of HR and financial systems. Additionally, Rod established an IT group within the HR Benefits Division at Arthur Andersen & Co. Overall, they have a strong background in HR leadership and IT management.

Rod Boswell, PHR has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. Rod also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology from Eastern Illinois University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Education from Western Illinois University. In 2014, they obtained the PHR certification from HRCI/SHRM.
