Diane Schwarz

Diane Schwarz is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and IT strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Johnson Controls since 2020, Diane provides strategic vision and leadership to enhance IT functions in line with the company's digital transformation efforts. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and Chief Digital and Information Officer at Hunt Energy, where global teams were led to accelerate digital initiatives and optimize cybersecurity, and Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Textron, where Diane focused on fostering collaboration and improving solution delivery. Diane's academic credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by leadership training from Stagen Leadership Academy and Duke University's Textron Senior Executive Leadership Program.
