Joseph Melillo Jr.

Joseph Melillo Jr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, program management, and supply chain operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Engineering Excellence and Executive Director of Engineering Transformation at Johnson Controls, Joseph has implemented SAFe Agile software development methodologies and is leading a Finished Goods SKU rationalization initiative across multiple business units. Previous roles include Vice President of New Program Operations at Education Corporation of America, Divisional Vice President of Engineering and Quality at Sears Home Services, and Senior Director of Supplier Quality at Nokia Siemens Networks. Joseph's career began at Motorola, where significant contributions were made in various leadership positions within supply chain and operations. Joseph holds an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain from Bowling Green State University.
