Tonya Blair

Tonya Blair, SPHR, serves as the Director of HR Technology at Johnson Controls and previously held the position of Director of Human Capital Management Systems at Aurora Health Care. Tonya has substantial experience in human resources information systems, having served as Global HRIS Manager and HRIS Manager for the Americas at Johnson Controls, in addition to working as a Senior HR Application Analyst. Earlier in their career, Tonya worked as an HR Analyst at Columbia St. Mary's.
