Kiristen Younger

Kristen Younger has a diverse work experience history. Kiristen started their career in 2010 as a Sales Associate at Roses and later worked at Maurices as a Sales Associate from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, they briefly worked as an Associate at YMCA. In 2014, they joined Belk as a Sales Associate. In 2015, they started working for Mary Kay Inc. as an Independent Beauty Consultant. In 2015, they also started working at Johnson Health Center, where they held multiple roles. Kiristen began as a Patient Engagement Specialist from 2015 to 2017 and then transitioned to the role of Quality and Compliance Coordinator from 2017 to 2018. Finally, they became the Associate Director of Risk Management & Safety at Johnson Health Center in February 2018, a position that they currently hold.

Kiristen Younger earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Ferrum College between 2011 and 2014. Prior to their university education, they completed high school at Altavista High School from 2008 to 2011. Kiristen is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Walden University, with an expected completion date in 2023. In March 2020, they obtained certification as a CPI Certified Instructor-Associate from the Crisis Prevention Institute.
