Lisa Miles-Trefrey

Lisa Miles-Trefrey is currently serving as the Regional Safety Training and Onboarding Manager at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. since May 2024. Previously, Lisa held the position of Regional Safety Manager at Masco Contractor Services. Prior to that role, Lisa worked at TopBuild as the Senior Regional Safety Manager from January 2002 to May 2024, accumulating extensive experience in safety management and training within the construction and waste management industries.
