Rebecca Falconer

Rebecca Falconer is a Prosci® Certified Practitioner and an accomplished leader in organizational change management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Enterprise Director, Strategy & Change Management and HOLA Communications Lead at Johnson & Johnson since April 2023, Falconer previously held significant roles at Cardinal Health, L Brands, Kellogg Company, and PepsiCo, where strategic initiatives in change management and diversity and inclusion were successfully implemented. Falconer has demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs, while also leading various employee resource groups to enhance organizational culture. Educational qualifications include a BA in Political Science from the University of Dayton, an MS in Environmental Program Management from The University of Findlay, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certificate from the University of South Florida.
