Roel de Meester

Roel De Meester is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President and Head of R&D Quality at Johnson & Johnson since January 2022. Prior to this role, Roel held various senior positions within Johnson & Johnson, including Vice President of Quality for Global MAKE J&J Consumer Health and Vice President of Global Quality at Janssen Supply Chain, where responsibilities included overseeing the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Quality organization and developing global supply chain quality strategies. Roel has also served as General Manager at J&J - Cilag AG, managing the Janssen Schaffhausen manufacturing site in Switzerland, and in leadership roles across pharmaceutical quality and operations. Roel holds a degree in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of Antwerp.
