Vicky Mendoza

Vicky Mendoza is a Chemical Products Production Manager at Johnson Matthey, with a career beginning in December 2014 that includes roles such as Production Manager for Fine Chemicals and Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer. Vicky has successfully driven the implementation of continuous improvement plans, achieving significant cost savings through coaching and facilitating departmental enhancements. Previous experiences include delivering Lean tool training at various organizational levels and optimizing production processes for improved efficiency. Vicky also served as an External Consultant for an industrial project with Owen Mumford Ltd in collaboration with Cranfield University, focusing on material waste reduction, and completed an internship as an Industrial Engineer at COTECMAR, where Vicky contributed to establishing an Environmental Management System ISO 14001. Vicky holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management of Manufacturing Systems from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar.
