Steve Bluhm

Steve Bluhm, DBIA has a comprehensive work experience in the construction industry. Steve is currently the Vice President - Construction at Johnson-Melloh Mechanical since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Walker Mechanical Contractors as the Chief Operations Officer from October 2022 to February 2023, and as the Vice President - Construction from March 2022 to October 2022. Steve has also worked at Performance Services for a significant part of their career, holding various roles including National Operations Leader, Project Development Team Leader, Sr. Project Manager - Corporate, and Sr. Project Manager. Steve has been involved in branch development, business development, project management, resource planning, staff development, client/subcontractor/vendor relationships, and financial practices. Steve has covered branch operations in the Southeast US, Texas, Indiana, and Michigan territories.

Steve Bluhm, DBIA, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University as well. Steve also has a Master's Degree in Project Management from ITT Technical Institute. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Procore Certified: Project Management and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies, OSHA 30 Hour Certification from OSHA Safety Training Institute, DBIA, Design Build Professional from Design Build Institute of America, and CIAQP, Indoor Air Quality Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers.
