D. Sean McCone

D. Sean McCone, PE, CCM has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since May 1996. Throughout the tenure, D. Sean McCone has held various titles including Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President - Marketing, Senior Associate - Sr Project Manager, Associate - Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Co-Op Student & Engineer Intern. In addition, D. Sean McCone served as President of the American Council of Engineering Companies Maryland (ACEC/MD) from July 2021 to June 2022, contributing to the Maryland engineering community. D. Sean McCone holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2000-2002) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1996-2000).
