Justin Barclay

Justin Barclay is a seasoned professional in asset management, currently serving as a Senior Associate and Senior Asset Management Manager at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson and JMT Technology Group since May 2021. With a strong background in leadership, Justin previously managed a team of project managers for the Maryland Transit Administration's Transit Asset Management, overseeing significant improvement projects associated with over $10 billion in assets. Additional leadership experiences include directing development initiatives for Habitat for Humanity of Washington County MD and fundraising efforts at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Justin holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Science in Leadership, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Public Administration at the University of Baltimore.
