Adam Flowers is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with over a decade of experience in various engineering roles. Currently, Adam has been with Johnson Outdoors since August 2013, where responsibilities include managing projects for cost savings, new product development, and designing process equipment. Previous roles include process engineer and interim continuous improvement coach at Creation Technologies, where Adam led Kaizen projects and earned Six Sigma Blue Belt status. Experience at Cambria included positions as project engineer and CNC programming manager, overseeing diverse projects and supervising a programming team. Earlier roles as a test engineer at Katolight and a CNC operator at Cambria, along with experience as a test technician at SPX/OTC, further enriched Adam’s expertise. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
