Suzanne Lewis-Mott

Suzanne Lewis-Mott is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Johnson Outdoors since January 2003. In this role, Suzanne directs and oversees all aspects of human resources across business divisions, focusing on areas such as employment, employee relations, learning and development, organizational design, and employee engagement. Prior to joining Johnson Outdoors, Suzanne held various positions at Eastern Staffing Recruitment, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Assistant, and Recruiter, and worked as the Northeast Regional Operations Manager at Warehouse Demo Services. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Drew University.
