Scot began their career at Kohler Co., where they held various roles including Manager of Planning & Analysis from April 2002 to January 2004, Supervisor of Hospitality Accounting from April 1999 to April 2002, and Internal Auditor from April 1997 to April 1999.
Scot Youmans completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1995. Scot then pursued further education and obtained an MBA in Accounting from Marquette University in 2003. In addition to their degrees, Scot also holds a certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
