Scot Youmans

Scot Youmans has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Scot currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Johnsonville, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development at Johnsonville from December 2022 to January 2024. Before joining Johnsonville, Scot held the position of Senior Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development at Johnsonville from January 2021 to December 2022. Scot also served as the International Finance Director at Johnsonville from January 2016 to January 2021.

Prior to their time at Johnsonville, Scot worked at Caterpillar Inc. as part of the team responsible for integrating the Bucyrus Acquisition. Scot held this role from August 2011 to January 2016.

Before their time at Caterpillar Inc., Scot worked at Bucyrus International as the Vice President of Finance from February 2009 to September 2011. Scot also served as the Controller of the Underground Segment at Bucyrus International from February 2009 to April 2010.

Prior to Bucyrus International, Scot worked at J.L. French Automotive Castings Inc. as the Director of Planning & Controller from January 2004 to February 2009.

Scot began their career at Kohler Co., where they held various roles including Manager of Planning & Analysis from April 2002 to January 2004, Supervisor of Hospitality Accounting from April 1999 to April 2002, and Internal Auditor from April 1997 to April 1999.

Scot Youmans completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1995. Scot then pursued further education and obtained an MBA in Accounting from Marquette University in 2003. In addition to their degrees, Scot also holds a certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
