Arthur Deslandes has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Arthur currently holds the position of Head of Agency at Join, where they specialize in managing campaigns in the Entertainment, Tech, BtoB, and Hardware sectors. In addition, they oversee the YouTube channel offering for clients, runs programmatic in-app premium campaigns, and provides dedicated services to media agencies with a focus on performance and time-saving. Arthur is also involved with JOIN, a SaaS software that creates web stories in partnership with Google.

Arthur Deslandes completed their Baccalauréat scientifique degree in Sciences de la vie et de la terre at Lycée Jules Verne from 2008 to 2011. Arthur then pursued a DUT degree in Techniques de commercialisations with a focus on Marketing Digital from IUT de Cergy-Pontoise, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, they attended Renmin University of China for a summer school program in Marketing & leadership. Finally, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Digital from OMNES Education, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
