Mark Adderley FCIPD, FIOD has extensive experience in executive coaching, transformational change business consulting, and board leadership. Since 2018, they have been the Director of Adderley Ltd: Creating Leadership Conversations. In 2019, Mark became an Independent Non Executive Director of Calderdale and Huddersfield Solutions Limited, a Non Executive Advisory Board Member of The Scottish Public Pensions Agency, a Board Director of Independent Living Fund Scotland, a Principal Associate Consultant of Taylor Clarke, a Lead Consultant of McCormick Consultants Ltd, a Senior Lead Consultant (Associate) of Join Talent, and a Member Board of Trustees and President and Chair of the Board of Scottish Squash. In 2013, they became a Member of the Board of Social Investment Scotland and a Global Director of Human Resources at Heriot-Watt University.

Mark Adderley FCIPD, FIOD has an extensive education history. Mark obtained their MBA from the London Business School in 1990-1992, then their MA in Production Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 1994-1998. In 2010, they obtained their FCIPD from CIPD Qualifications in HR and People Management and their FIOD from the Institute of Directors (IoD) in Dual Distinction. In 2011, they obtained their Accredited Executive Coach from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching. In 2018-2022, they are currently working on their PGCert in Business Administration and Management, General from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. In addition to their educational qualifications, Mark Adderley has obtained a number of certifications, including Coach Supervisor from Acorn Principle Plus in December 2022, Denison accredited partner from Denison Consulting in December 2020, First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in January 2020, Performance Climate System Practicioner from Performance Climate Systems - Worldwide in May 2019, Emotional Intelligence EQi-2.0 from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in January 2014, Level A and B from The British Psychological Society in January 2014, Level I from The Myers-Briggs Company in January 2014, Fellow and Chartered Director from The Institute of Directors in January 2012, and Executive Coach from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching in January 2005.
