Vanessa Jones, BS, MBA has extensive work experience, beginning with Dell Technologies in 2006. Vanessa held multiple roles at Dell Technologies, including Sales Operations Manager, Sales Coach, Strategic Account Manager: Outside Sales, Inside Sales Representative, Emerging Business Sales Representative, and Consumer Sales Representative & Retention Specialist. In 2019, they joined Lyft as a Product Operations Lead, and in 2023, they began working at Tangelo as a Claims Manager.

Vanessa Jones, BS, MBA obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University in 2009. Vanessa then went on to earn their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bethel University, College of Professional Studies in 2013-2014.
